'08 Chevrolet Malibu

Available in three variants, the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu is a mid-size sedan by Chevy to counter similar foreign imports. Available in LS, 1LT and 2LT trim levels, the '08 Malibu features three different engine options.

There is a 252 hp V-6 six-speed automatic transmission engine in the top-end 2LT model and 1LT model (optional), a hybrid engine with a BAS system, and the basic 2.4 liter V-4 Ecotec engine for base LS models.

The car has been given a new look this year, with larger legroom, plush, new interiors, added safety features and excellent selection of optional add-ons that have given a new look to the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu.

This redesigned four-door front wheel drive has a wider wheelbase, a dual-port grille, new bow-tie emblem embedded headlights, a multi-link rear suspension, and a new dual-cowl dashboard with ambient lighting. This release makes it the best series of Malibu released so far. Safety features include ABS and airbags.

2008 Chevrolet Malibu

Changes were made for the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu in the form of a new engines and more feature-rich designs. Remote Engine Start was implemented as well as a brand new LZ4 3.5L V-6 engine producing 224HP and a 2.4L 169HP Inline-4.

Power is routed to the front-wheels via the traditional 4-speed automatic transmission as well as new 6-speed automatic transmissions.
